There is so so much to say.... I could write a book on the events of the past week, but I don't have the time (yet). My hands are too full with this little boy, my angel baby, who is a week old today.
His name is William Ian, but we'll call him Will. He was born March 22 at 3:12 am, weighing 8 lbs and measuring 20 inches. Everyone says he looks just like his Daddy. He has long fingers, feet like boats, fuzzy brown hair and an as yet undetermined eye color.
His birth came on fast and furious like an unexpected thunderstorm. I'm only now catching a breath from it all. I'm emotionally processing some of the difficulties of the past week, while luxuriating in moments of breathtaking sunshine.
Needless to say, my hands are not the only thing that's full. My heart is overflowing...
