First meal

Will had his first meal this weekend. A big deal in our house! :-) It was homemade brown rice cereal.

Will was not super impressed - more interested in the plate and putting the bib in his mouth. He ate two bites. Not sure if he swallowed them or not.

I expected this.

I did not expect to feel slightly disappointed that he was not more immediately interested in food. Logically, I know it will come in time.  Emotionally, I wanted to see a more positive response.

There was rice smeared on everything when it was over.

But he still loves to mug for the camera.
